In all legal information and terms and conditions detailed on this website, Phil Stamp Covers is referred to as 'Phil Stamp Covers' (trading name), 'we' or 'us'. The customer means the person, firm or company placing an order with Phil Stamp Covers and is referred to as 'you' or 'your'.

Availability
Occasionally goods you order may be out of stock, sold or unavailable for some other reason. No legally binding agreement for the sale of any goods exists until we accept your order by dispatching the goods to you. If we cannot deliver any part of your order, we will inform you and refund your payment with the full cost of the goods that we are unable to supply in the same method in which you paid.

Payment
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. Payment can be made via PayPal and by one of the following credit or debit cards through WorldPay: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Switch/Solo, VISA Delta and VISA Electron. Payment can be made in Pounds Sterling. By clicking the 'Make Payment' button on the WorldPay secure payment page you are authorising WorldPay to deduct the cost of the goods in your shopping cart and any delivery charges from your card account. Under no circumstances will goods be shipped to you until receipt by us of cleared funds.

Delivery
Our products are sent within stout packing. We prefer not to enclose more than three covers in each package to help ensure that your purchase reaches you in good condition.

If the goods received by you are visibly damaged on arrival you must notify us within seven days of the date of delivery by telephone, in writing or email. In the absence of any communication from you, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of receipt of cleared funds, if you do not receive your goods within 3 days of the purchase date, you should contact us by telephone, in writing or email immediately. No claims for non delivery will be considered at all unless you advise us within 14 days of the purchase date.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not select an appropriate insured shipping option to cover the total value of the purchased goods, any reimbursement for lost or damaged in transit will be minimal and may not cover your expenditure.

Shipping Charges
All prices include packing and standard mail to any destination (up to 500g - 1lb 1.5oz). You can also upgrade the shipping method; these options will be presented to you during the checkout process.

Returns Policy
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Phil Stamp Covers, please be certain that you have selected the correct item(s) before you purchase. You may only return goods to us with our prior authorisation, this must be obtained either in writing, by calling +44 (0)1322 278674 or email. Please remember to provide detailed information of your purchase and your address.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
